Mr. Levine is exclusively involved in the firm’s drug product liability and medical device practice. He is involved in all levels of litigation, including discovery, trial, and appeal. Mr. Levine has represented clients in all of the firm’s cases including DES, Dalkon Shield, Breast Implant, Zyprexa, Rio Hair Perm, Darvon, Reglan, and Avandia. Mr. Levine also has handled numerous catastrophic other personal injury cases. He has specialized knowledge in statute of limitations, jurisdiction, and forum issues and has filed numerous cases for fellow attorney colleagues to avail themselves of favorable statute of limitations and favorable legal advantages.
